How to add an evaluation url to a custom email message

This article is for training companies and all types of trainers.

Important note: To send a request for evaluation, use follow-up emails (with a follow-up email, you can send an evaluation request either manually, or automatically. Do not send an evaluation request via Compose Email link.

Workshop Butler uses email tags to customise and personalise the content of your messages to attendees. Though most of them are straightforward, a tag for evaluation URL is different.

Normally you want attendees to click on the link in the email. When you edit a default evaluation request and copy the link, the evaluation tag gets broken.

To fix this issue, replace a broken URL with the tag {{evaluation.url}}.
