How to change login email address

You can change a login email address for your Workshop Butler account. Training companies and certification brands can also change login addresses for the trainers they added to WSB.

How to change login address for your own Workshop Butler account

To change login email address for your Workshop Butler account, do the following:

1. Open the dropdown menu in the top right corner
2. Choose Login Settings
3. Click the Edit Email button.

The system will ask you to enter your current password to confirm the change.

Hint: you can also choose to log in with one of the social network profiles: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google account.

How a training company or a certification brand can change login address for their trainers

Training companies and certification brands can change login email addresses for their trainers. For this, they should follow these steps:

1. Open the list of trainers in the top menu
2. Choose a trainer
3. Click Manage (for training companies) or Edit (for certification brands) in the Profile tab
4. Enter the email address in the Email field and tick the box next to the relevant option under the field
5. Save changes.

This will change both login and profile email addresses for this trainer.
