For each type of account, users can invite other users to help them manage their accounts. All invited users are called team members. They can already have an access to Workshop Butler, or they can be new people.
Each type of account names team members differently. There are brand coordinators (or coordinators) for certification brands, managers for training companies, and trainer assistants (or assistants) for trainers.
Each team member has the same access rights as others, no differentiation.
