What can a team member do?
Certification brand coordinators and Training company managers have the same access rights as the account owners. Basically, they are allowed to do any action an owner can do. The exceptions are:
- coordinators and managers cannot remove an owner from the team
- coordinators and managers cannot delete an account
Trainer assistants have the same access rights as trainers. Basically, they are allowed to do any action a trainer can do. The exceptions are:
- assistants cannot remove a trainer from the team
- assistants cannot delete a trainer account
In addition, assistants receive email notifications for new attendee registrations and new evaluations.
