Depending on how big your certification brand is, the learning materials can be in one or several languages. If your trainers run events in different countries, or the audience of the events is international, it may not always be apparent for attendees in what language the slides and other materials are.
To decrease the confusion and misunderstanding among potential attendees, we suggest configuring the list of available languages for learning materials.
How material's languages work
When you add a language to the list of available languages, the event form changes. A new field, Materials Language, appears on it, and the trainers have to set the language while creating or editing events.
The materials language also becomes visible on built-in event pages and through API.
How to activate and add a material's language
Open Account Settings -> Settings on the left-side menu.
Activate the module Materials' Language by clicking the Activate button.
Select a required language and click the Add Language button.
If you don’t find the language you need, contact us and we update the list.
How to delete a material's language
Click the Delete link next to the language you need in the Material's language section.
