Payment options for invoices

Workshop Butler offers two options for trainers to pay licensed event fees: bank cards and bank transactions. 

The former saves trainers plenty of time as they can pay directly from WSB with a couple of clicks.

Card payments

To allow trainers to pay their invoices with bank cards, you should connect Stripe to your account and allow card payments.

First, open Account Settings and find the Card Payments section in the Settings tab on the left. Connect Stripe, then tick the box in this section enabling card payments for trainers.

After that, the corresponding button will appear on trainers’ profiles.

The only additional cost you have to pay in this case is the Stripe fee.

Bank transactions

If the card payments option has not been enabled, WSB will notify trainers about invoices however they have to pay them separately, with a bank transaction.
