Billing address for licensed trainers

Billing address helps you identify what company will pay licensing fees to the certification brand. When you create a licensed event, there is an obligatory field Invoice to where you select one of the predefined billing addresses. Using this information, a coordinator of the certification brand issues a correct invoice for a licensed event.

How to add a billing address

Open Account Settings -> Billing Addresses on the left-side menu.

Click the  Add address button and fill in the form.

Click Save.

How to change a billing address

Open Account Settings -> Billing Addresses

Select the address and click Edit

Update the address and click Save.

How to delete a billing address

You cannot delete a billing address right now. Changes a company name to UNUSED and do not use it during the creation of events.
