How to export information about attendees

This article is for training companies and all types of trainers.

You can export information about an attendee's participation in an event to a CSV file.

What you can export

  • Event fields (informatiion about an event): location, start and end dates, title.
  • Attendee fields (information from an attendee profile, mostly submitted by attendees during registration). The number and content of fields available for export will depend on the configuration of your registation forms.

    Important note: you can export unique evaluation links as well. It might come in handy if you plan to send these links outside of Workshop Butler.

  • Evaluation fields (information from post-event feedback submitted by attendees). The number and content of fields available for export will depend on the configuration of your evaluation forms.

How to export

There are 3 ways to export information about attendees.

From the list of event attendees

You can export information about event attendees only for confirmed events.

  1. Open an event you want to export attendees from
  2. Click View on the Attendees tile
  3. Click the arrow next to the Register button in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Click Export
  5. Checkmark the fields you want to export
  6. Click Export.

From the list of all attendees

  1. Open the list of attendees at the top of the screen
  2. Click Export at the top right corner
  3. Checkmark the fields you want to export
  4. Click Export.

From the list of evaluations for an event

  1. Open an event you want to export attendees from
  2. Click View on the Evaluations tile
  3. Click Export at the top right corner
  4. Checkmark the fields you want to export
  5. Click Export.

Important note: it's not possible to export evaluation links from the list of event evaluations. Links can be exported only from the list of attendees.
