License renewal by certification brand

This article is for certification brands.

Though we recommend allowing licensees to renew licenses by themselves, from time to time you may need to renew a license manually from the account of your certification brand.

Go to the list of Facilitators at the top of the screen, find the trainer whose license you want to renew, and click their name.

Select License in the left-side menu, and click the Update License button below the license you need.

Update the end date of the license and click  Save.

Tip: If a licensee suspended their license subscription for a while and you would like this pause to be reflected in their license information (and subsequently, in their total experience), use Subscription periods.
