How to add a licensed training company

You can create profiles not only for individual licensed trainers, but for training companies as well. A licensed training company will assign trainers who conduct lisensed events.
The process of adding a new licensed training company is similar to adding a trainer. The only difference is that for a company you should also set a number of trainers who can conduct licensed events.
Let's see how you can add a new training company and assign a license to them.
Open Facilitators tab in the top menu -> click on the arrow next to the Add Facilitator button -> select Add Company in the dropdown menu.
Add a company's name, select a country and write a few words about this company in the About field (or you can leave it empty as it's optional).
Add the Contact info: first and last names and an email address. This is the person who will receive renewal notifications if you set them.
Add license information:
- select a license type
- add a license version
- set period when the license is valid
- set the number of seats - this parameter define the number of trainers who can conduct licensed events within this company
- add a fee.
Save changes.
You can find the newly added company in the Facilitators menu. For this, click on the filter icon next to the Search field -> set the Licensee parameter to the Company -> click Apply. From here, you can switch to a company profile and manage it.
