How to limit the number of attendees for a free event

This article is for training companies and trainers.

When you promote a meetup or a small gathering, it makes sense to limit the number of attendees. With paid events, you can do it when configuring ticket types. For free events, the process is similar.

Set your event as Free on the Add Event form. You can do it in the Tickets section

You will see the Number of Tickets option. Set it to Limited by and enter the number.

Don’t forget to save the event by clicking the  Save button.
