How to automate the approval of evaluations - for trainers and training companies

This article is for training companies and trainers. If you are a coordinator of a certification brand, read this article instead.

Due to historical reasons, the evaluations in Workshop Butler need approval from trainers or company managers. In most cases, a manual approval step is not needed and only adds hassle for users. To make your lives easier, you can order Workshop Butler to approve all submitted evaluations automatically. 

There is one exception: evaluations for licensed events from Management 3.0 and Collaboration Superpowers still require manual approval. Read here for more information.

To activate automated approval, follow the steps below:


Go to Account Settings -> Settings and find the Automated Approval of Evaluations block.


Click Activate. From now on, evaluations will be approved automatically. 

If you have past events where you are collecting evaluations from attendees, you still need to approve them manually - a new automated process will work only for running or upcoming events.
