How to duplicate an event

This article is for training companies and trainers.

With WSB, you don’t need to create an event from scratch, if its configuration is similar to the events you have run already. You can just duplicate one of the previous events instead. After an event is duplicated, you are redirected to the Add Event form where fields are filled out already and you can change only the ones you need, then save this event.

Important note: if you customized any emails in the original event, they will be duplicated too.

There are 3 ways to duplicate an event.

From the event page

  1. Open the list of Events in the top menu and find the event you want to duplicate.
  2. Click Duplicate on the Event State tile.

  3. You will be redirected to the Add Event form where all fields have already been filled in.
  4. Make necessary changes (e.g., change date and time).
  5. Click Save.

From the top menu

You can duplicate any of the 5 last events by clicking on the + icon in the top menu.

From the list of events

  1. Open the list of Events in the top menu and find the event you want to duplicate.
  2. Click on the down arrow next to this event.
  3. Click Duplicate.
