How to delete a contact

This article is for training companies and trainers.

If you delete a contact profile, all information about it will be removed from the system without the possibility to restore it.

When you delete a contact, this information disappears:

• personal information about this person, including name, email address, and address.
• participation history, including links to the events, paid status, and participation status.

In many cases, you don’t want to delete a full contact, but only their attendance in a particular event. 

How to delete a contact

To delete a contact profile, open the list of contacts in the top menu, find the contact and click its name to open the profile. On the profile, click on the arrow next to the Edit Profile button at the top and choose Delete Contact.
