How to send payment receipts
When you start accepting payments, some of your attendees may start asking for payment receipts. Workshop Butler can generate and attach payment receipts to welcome emails it sends to each attendee right after the registration.
Activating payment receipts
To send receipts, go to Account Settings -> Settings and find the Payments section. Just click the checkbox and it's done!
Each attendee who pays for an event with a credit card will receive a receipt attached to the welcome email.
A receipt contains information about the paid amount, event, billing address of attendee (if provided), name of your account, and a unique number. Here's an example of the receipt:
