How to send payment receipts
If you accept payments for tickets with bank cards or PayPal, some of your attendees may start asking for payment receipts. Workshop Butler can generate and attach payment receipts to welcome emails it sends to each attendee right after the registration.
Activating payment receipts
Go to Account Settings -> choose Payments in the left-side menu -> find the Receipts section -> click the checkbox.
A receipt contains information about the paid amount, event, billing address of attendee (if provided), name of your account, and a unique number. Here's an example of the receipt:
