Promo Code field

Promo Code field appears automatically in the Ticket section of the registration form for paid events.

Promo Code is only a text field that serves strictly for informational purposes. After a promo code is entered, it doesn't apply to the ticket price automatically. You have to recalculate the price manually later. That's why this field is available only for the payments by invoices.

You can find the code an attendee submitted in their Attendance record -> Contact Info tab -> Payment Information section.

The code will also be included in the notification about a new registration sent to your profile email. 

This field is always optional and cannot be moved to any other section of the registration form.
