Licensed training company profile

This article is for certification brands.

After you add a licensed training company to Workshop Butler, you can manage information about them and their license in their profile.

How to access

Click on the  Facilitators tab at the top menu -> click on the filter icon next to the Search field -> set the Licensee parameter to Company -> click Apply.

What's in there

License training company profile contains information about the company itself and its licenses.

Company's name

You add it when creating a profile.

Licensee type

There are two kind of licensees in WSB: trainers and training companies. In the profile, you can see what licensee type this profile belongs to.

Email address

When creating a profile, you are asked to add the Contact details (name and email). This email address will be used for sending notifications from certification brand (e.g. about a license renewal).

Country

You add it when creating a profile.

Profile

This section contains information about a company. You can add it when creating a profile or later, when editing it.

Badges

You can assign badges signifying company's achievements.

License

You give the first license to a company when creating their profile. From this tab, you can edit licenses and delete them.

You can add more licenses using the dropdown menu next to the  Edit button.

Access to event types

Here you can give and revoke access to event types using sliders next to each type.

Trainers

Here you can see the list of trainers who have access to licensed events. Trainers are assigned by the company, but you can see their profiles.

In this tab, you can also see when each trainer's license expires.

Managers

Here you can see the list of those who can manage this account from the company's side. Managers can be added by a contact face who you give access to when adding a company to the system.

Available actions

You can manage the company's data using the  Edit button. 

You can limit the company's access to adding and managing events, as well as restore the access from the dropdown menu next to the  Edit button.
