How to send an email to event attendees

Though Workshop Butler provides quite extensive support for automated emails before and after each event, from time to time you may need to send a manual email to event attendees. It’s easy to do.

Start by opening an event dashboard. Then find a Mails tile on the page, and click Compose Email. The alternative route is to open the list of event attendees and click Send email button.

There are three things you need to do before sending an email:

  • add a good subject line
  • write a content of the email
  • select some or all attendees.
