How to manually send an email to event attendees
Start by opening an event dashboard. Then find the Mails tile on the page, and click Compose Email. The alternative route is to open the list of event attendees and click the Send email button.
There are three things you need to do before sending an email:
- add a good subject line
- write the content of the email
- select some or all attendees.
Use email tags to personalise the message for each attendee
Important note: Do not send an evaluation request via Compose Email link. Use follow-up emails for this purpose (with a follow-up email, you can send an evaluation request either manually, or automatically).
