How to manually send an email to event attendees
This article is for training companies and trainers.
Though Workshop Butler provides quite extensive support for automated emails before and after each event, from time to time you may need to send a manual email to event attendees. It’s easy to do.
Start by opening an event dashboard. Then find the Mails tile on the page, and click Compose Email.
There are three things you need to do before sending an email:
- add a subject line
- write the content of the email
- select some or all attendees.
Use email tags to personalise the message for each attendee
Important note: Do not send an evaluation request via Compose Email link. Use follow-up emails for this purpose (with a follow-up email, you can send an evaluation request either manually, or automatically).
