Evaluation status

This article is for training companies and trainers.

Evaluation in Workshop Butler can have one of the several statuses. Each status defines the actions that should be done or have been done by the system or users. Let’s look at a whole picture first:

Pending

As soon as an attendee adds an evaluation, it gets the  Pending status. Workshop Butler sends a notification to the event trainers that a new evaluation appeared.

Now it’s up to you to decide what to do with the evaluation. You could either approve or reject it.

Approved

If a trainer approves an evaluation, it gets the  Approved status.

Workshop Butler sends an email to the attendee notifying that the evaluation was approved. The content of this email is customisable.

If there is a valid certificate for the evaluated event, Workshop Butler generates and attaches the certificate to the email.

Workshop Butler won’t send a notification to an attendee on the evaluation approval if you have already created and sent a certificate to this attendee.

Only approved evaluations are included in event and facilitator ratings.
